How premium notebooks takes inks and pens: stalogy, cosmo notebook and CD paper

I tried three different premium notebooks with the pens and inks I am currently using.

The pens and the notebooks

C.D. Notebook

Excellent for inking.

Smooth paper. Pencil marks not so easy to erase.
Minimal bleed to other side of paper. Stellar.

Stalogy

Thin sturdy paper. Portable.

Some bleed from other page, but that goes with the thin paper. I used an underlay to not have my marks etched to the structure of the following page.

Cosmo Notebook from Yamamoto Paper

Like silk. Pencil erases to white easily. Takes ink well. Water crumpled paper more than C.D. Notebook.
Very little bleed through from other page. Good quality.

About inks and water

Rothring black ink in technical pencils has zero bleed when water is added. For pens with line variation that can be refilled, the best ones are DeAtramentis Document Series and Platinum carbon Black, Sepia Brun, and Rose Red. From Noodlers, Lexington Gray is reliable.

Summary on notebooks

Stalogy for portability.

Cosmo for pencil and ink

C. D. for ink and water-based.
