Golden Hi-Flow Lightfastness test 17 months in the sun

I love the Golden Hi-Flow liquid acrylic paints. I have used the carbon black and the titanium white for years. I recently purchased a set of 10 transparent paints, mostly they are single-pigment. I swatched them for a lightfastness test on the 18th of October 2023. I also swatched an orange acrylic ink from Daler Rowney that I got as a present.

I cut the paper with the swatches on in two, and taped the right part to the inside of a window. I left it there for 17 months, taking it down on the the 8th of March 2025.

The Golden HiFlow acrylic paints passed the test with flying colors! They have not faded at all!

In the image below you can see the two strips side by side. The strip to the right is the one exposed to sun. If you look closely you will notice that the black divider lines make with a sharpie have faded to grey.
